Florida allows different darkness levels for different windows. We install within legal limits and can walk you through your options when you get your quote.
Florida law (Statute 316.2953 and 316.2954) allows front side windows to be tinted to 28% visible light transmission or lighter. For sedans, rear side windows and the back glass must allow at least 15%. For SUVs, trucks, and vans, rear side windows and the back glass can go as dark as 6%. Windshield tint is only allowed above the AS-1 line and must be non-reflective. We install within these limits and can show you the options at your quote.
